Week 7 Run 3 complete

Should have done this on Thursday, but daily life just got in the way, so got up early Saturday morning, 7.20 am,, to beat the heat and not many people about. I thought I might struggle again but I slowed my pace down a bit and found it did help, and I even felt like I could go a bit longer, and not so much of the beetroot face by the time I got home. I am going on a mini break to the coast for 3 nights and plan to take my running shoes with me, so fingers crossed that the weather stays nice and sunny but not too hot.:)
