Freebies..... Just in time for those long sunset runs...

in between resting my poor legs, reading some really inspiring stuff in runners world and paddling through the girls pool to cool down - I noticed a readers offer.

That sounds great! Been reading women's running magazine and that's got a 5 months for a fiver and a home workout from Nell Mcandrew thrown in although I think I'd prefer the shades! Did you sign up? will you be sporting your new shades in future runs?

fully signed up and waiting for the shades ... although Miss McAndrew is also from Yorkshire - so you can see I have a dilemma ....

although yes - I signed up and yest the shade's are on their way

Excellent you'll have to post a pic! I'm tempted by Nell.. In fact I might throw caution to the wind and indulge myself with both!
