has anyone experienced a cramp feeling in lower inside leg muscle whilst running?

I've tried using gel insoles but i'm still getting a "dead leg" and cramp to the left of my inner ankle whilst running, can anyone give any tips as i'm desperate to complete the 5 k and cannot get past 3.3k with this pain

  • Are you warming up properly. I know there's a lot against stretches before but maybe do you warm up walk and a quick stretch.
