W5 Done - Where's my intervals? Couldn't have done it without this blog or people on here.

I must say this blog has kept me going for 5 weeks and more importantly the 20 mins this morning. Every time I go out for a run I think about what my heading and contents is going to be on my blog. And during the run whenever that park bench looks ever so inviting, this blog keeps me going.

The 20mins with no break was a tuff one. I felt every second of those last 2 minutes. I did 3 and half laps around the park track (was hoping for 4 atleast). On the bright side I out ran 2 other park runners in terms of time :D

Wow - well done you! Sounds like you are doing brilliantly. I'll be attempting this one on Saturday. It is such an encouragement to hear about others achieving each step.

All the best with week 6!

I just did w5r3 myself, so high five! I was filled with trepidation, as I had been dreading it since I first heard about it a few weeks ago and because I found w5r2 one of the hardest so far, but it went ok.

The first five minutes and the last five were probably the hardest for me. And when Laura said I could stop I could barely believe I had done it.
