So I've done it. 9 weeks of trying and I actually managed to run for 41minutes covering 6km. So happy. Now I need to get into the zone of having to do it without Laura in my head to egg me on.

Thank you to all of you whom have responded to my blogs I really appreciate your comments especially on the days where I can't seem to get myself motivated.

I now know that the first 10minutes of a run is the hardest for me. Once I'm in a rhythm I can run absolutely fine.

Moving from KM's now to Miles to ensure that I can achieve the half marathon in October.

How do I get my graduate badge? lol

Congratulations, you did it! And not just 30 minutes either but 6km, that's great.

To get your badge, click on Help at the top of the page, then 'email us' on the right-hand side. Email and ask for your badge (and include your user name in the email).

Well done, looking forward to seeing you sporting that shiny green badge :-)
