Ok well I'm a third of the way into the program and must admit to really enjoying it. Looking forward to week 4 which will hopefully be starting on friday with my daughter as she's visiting. It might be a little weird us both running together both immersed in a podcast, but who needs words?
It's a contrast from last time I was running. before I would run for too long really and tired myself out sometimes having to take power naps to recover, but with the C25K program it all seems more fluid and natural. I think this forum helps alot. To read about people who are currently on the plan and those who have graduated gives me real encouragement, something I didn't have before.
So I enter the second phase, week 4 soon and I have decided to trust Laura utterly and just go with the flow. I know it will get harder, but feel my body is coping better this time round and developing at a healthier rate.
Time to invest in a running gilet i think as I need pockets and it gets quite hot in my running jacket. Onwards and run-wards
