Couch to 5K

Bridge to 10k; week 1

I have no idea why I decided today was the day to start B210k! I've been up since 3am and was knackered.....

Still, I did it! According to my iPod (notoriously inaccurate) I did 6.31km - that includes the warm up walk though.

Odd to be running intervals again; I'm quite glad the walk is only 1 minute as I didn't lose my rhythm.

I'm quietly chuffed with myself, even though my legs ache a bit.

At this rate I will definitely be ready for my first park run at the start of August :-)
