After a birthday weekend of London & Robbie Williams I thought I had better get back out there and run off all the calories I consumed. 2nd run of week 6. Again I found this quite a tough run like the 1st run. 2 lots of 10 minutes. My chest felt tight and breathing a bit tough. But I dragged my now 38 year old body on an completed the run. Next one is for 25 minutes. Wish me luck!
