..... but I didn't want to stop! Eh, how'd that happen.? I always find the start of a run the hardest part so was just getting into my stride after 5 mins when the lovely Laura said stop & take ur 3 min recovery & for the first time ever I was tempted 2 keep going! But I remembered all the wise words on this forum about trusting the programme so I was a good girl and did as I was told! It was tough 2 get going again but the next 8 mins section went ok & then I was thankful of the recovery break! So I'll see how I get on with W6R2.
