Bupa my First Run Campaign

You may have already heard about this, but Bupa are offering a number of free places for their Great 5K runs. This is a campaign to encourage new runners to sign up, so most of us on here are ideal candidates! And it's something to aim for to keep us motivated.

Unfortunately entries for the Great Edinburgh 5K are closed now but the Great North 5K and Great South 5K are still open.

You're not guaranteed a place, as names are picked out of a draw, but it's worth a shot!

Thanks for that info I was thinking about signing up for the Great South Run but couldnt quite justify the cost at this moment. Fingers crossed I'll win a place!
