First run after graduating!

I really will try to keep this up...dared to run along the front today where all the serious runners speed along. Slow but sure progress and no-one seemed to be laughing at me. Did 34 minutes + 6 mins walking and covered 3 miles so am getting closer. Have Race for Life in 3 weeks so hopefully will be able to run all the way. In October I have Great South Run 5k and by then hope to be a little speedier. Who would have thought it eh?!
