Week 5 run 3 in the bag- definitely the hardest yet. Around 10 minutes after setting off I decided I was going to die. There was a crossing at about 12 minutes so I stopped (so as not to get run over), and removed my hoodie, but I don't think those few seconds invalidate the run. I am so tired now, I need coffee.

Well done! Imagine if someone had told you 5 weeks ago that you'd be able to run for 20 minutes It's more a mental than a physical obstacle in this run. You're definitely ready to go for Week 6!

Well done!!!! We're at same stage! Worth persevering for the feeling of achievement at the end!!! Good luck with week 6..... In doing run 1 on Wednesday!! Actually a little scared of going back to intervals!!
