Couch to 5K

Week 3 Run 1 - feeling good :)

Hi all - just finished the first run of week 3 and I'm really surprised at how I feel. Was somewhat apprehensive about today's run - going up to 3mins of running - but I pleasantly surprised myself by being able to do it!!! Yes I was out of breath and panting but I did it!!!

Beginning to feel that this is achievable now and my confidence is growing weekly :) It was also weigh day today and I have lost 3lbs this week - that's over half a stone since I started so really really pleased :)

Also still doing the 10,000 steps a day and I'm finding I'm much more aware of how active / inactive I'm being - the pedometer is like a little kick up the bottom if I'm slacking!!!
