Week 8 started on treadmill

Just 11 months ago I was at the same stage and then stress fracture of ankle stopped me in my tracks! Over last 2 weeks done 4 runs on treadmills in hot hotel gyms so was really dreading this one but at the end of my 28mins and 5 mins warm up and warm down walk (38mins total) I had covered just over 5k so felt really good, now looking forward to run 2 outside to see how far I get with just run part!
