Feeling the aftereffects of Monday

So on Monday I did W5R1, no problem, then had a 1 hour riding lesson, the went for a ride on another horse, then tackled the hayfield I call a lawn with my knackered old mower, yesterday spent sitting around at work eating junkfood. This morning I overslept then rushed out for w5r2, well, the walking was hard nevermind the running. I did it though and have learnt several valuable lessons, the main one being get your arse out of bed before it gets hot! Soo not looking forward to Friday.

Yep it's all about learning. I have week 5 run 2 on saturday- MUST get out of bed early
