Hi all, I completed W8R1 & decided then to just go out and run listening to my own music, except I keep having to give up! I jus cant seem to get the same motivation from when listening to Laura. Decided for my next run, to go back to the podcasts and see how I get on!
Jus thought I'd see if anyone else has had this?

I was thinking the same yesterday on my run. I think it is psychological - like I must think there's some kind of magic with her podcasts because I can't believe I could manage this this far.. but with her I have.... it's totally in our minds the reason this is happening!
I have tried a few times without Laura and I just don't seem to be able to do it as easily if at all!!!

Hello I tried and failed without laura so still use her but I have just downloaded 5km+ podcasts as its lauras voice aswell hoping to give her up soon but this will do in meantime x
I did the same and went back to Laura as the rhythm suited me. I then had only one earphone in and that was good for about 10 minutes and then I started to feel unbalanced! I will have to use one of the online programmes to find out the beat so I can choose my own music to the same rhythm.
