Hi all,
Today, was W7R3 for me and through lack of planning, no watch and a changed route, i somehow managed to run for 35 mins.
Although i am obviously chuffed that i ran for 35 instead of the intended 25, i am now in a quandery.... do i go back to the C25K plan and go back down to 28 mins and then 30 min runs for the next two weeks or do i now focus on the full 5k route and possibly bringing my time down ready for my chairty 5k run in August?
I'm confused as to what i should do.... help.
