Just got back from week 4 run 3. Hardest run yet, not the actual run but dragging myself out to do it! First time I've felt like this

But well done - you did it! Got out the door I mean. I found it hard to get out that door this morning as it was so cold, damp and grey outside, but I feel so much better for having done so and I think you do too probably. Enjoy the rest of today and your day off tomorrow, then if necessary kick yourself out the door again on Wed. It's worth it really!
I have found sometimes the will is just not there. Do it anyway. Think of motivation not as being happy to go, or looking forward to going, but that little voice that says "I promised myself I would, so I will" You don't have to skip out the door. Sometimes you have to kick yourself out like the poster above said. But that's the hard bit done.
