My routine of running hasn't been great recently. I've only got out twice in the last two weeks, but continued with the runs in the programme. Today was the first run of week 5 and I really enjoyed it! I felt much stronger than week 4 runs. Wish though I could do a few more of those runs those. 8 minute runs seem like a big step up! Think I may also have a reason for my sore calves in mid week runs. I wear heels to work and the pen run after, maybe need to stretch my calves more those days. Running on a Sunday doesn't pose the same problem because I'm in flats most of the weekend! Wish me luck for the next two runs this week! I'm off for lunch with the family now !
