Hard going towards the end but have completed run 3 of week 5.

Running straight through is actually more enjoyable than all the start stopping so looking forward to more of same in week 6.

Good luck to anyone else about to start week 5.

It's not as bad as you think.

Great positive blog ... I agree with you, once I'd done the uninterrupted run, everything got suddenly brighter and better. Even since graduating, I'm still not striving for great distances or speed, but just knowing I can get out for 30mins of 'me-running' time is great!

I agree, straight through is much easier when you get to that point. In the first few weeks my legs were fine until I started walking each time, and then they would be on fire. Now I'm in week 7 my legs are fine, even at the end of 25 mins of running. Week 6 is still interval work until run 3 and there's a risk of getting complacent and going too fast in runs 1 and 2. Read the blogs for week 6 and take it steady!
