Well week 9 starts tomorrow. Cant wait. 3 more runs to do! My cousin sent me a message on facebook today. She said she has been watching my progress on the C25K with interest and has decided to start it and done W1R1 today!! I'm so proud of her. I just hope she knows what kind of journey she has let herself in for
