i did it! completed week 8, again with no major issues. today was week 8 run 3 and my very fit hubby came along with me to see for himself the improvements I've made since week 1. it was lovely to have someone to run with, and i ran a bit faster then usual so it was all good. i really went for it for the last 60 seconds, i upped the pace more then usual and finished on a great high! 
onto week 9 on tuesday... wow 3 runs to go till graduation!
