Week six run three

Hi all

Not been on in a while! Work was awful so didn't run for about 11 days. Got back into it on Sunday and did w6r2. It was ok. Hard and I got more aches after but ok. Bit worried I have lost all the good work I did whilst on my break and although I have been managing all the runs really worried tonight I will not manage the full run then I will feel so disappointed. Do you think I should try and risk disappointment or just repeat the last run? Thanks guys. X

If you did 6/2 OK then move on to 6/3. Just take it steady - don't go too fast.
