You can never have enough running gear...

...especially when it's on offer!! I only intended to get the 'Karrimor' vest at 'Sports Direct,' didn't find it, but came out with a hand held water bottle and capris all for £13!! Well it's so hot and I read somewhere that if you're running longer than 30 minutes you need water. Mind you I prefer the idea of Jelly Babies, Mmmm any excuse. Anyway got carried away in Tkmax and got gorgeous soft leggings which are meant for Yoga and a a racer back vest also for Yoga. As I do (ahem) Yoga (well once a week) at the moment, I feel they were even more of a bargain as they are multi functional, result. Oh more smugness I'm afraid, my jeans are feeling looser, have def. lost the inches and feel rather athletic and showy offy at the moment. (I can understand now how people get quite vain and stare into mirrors for longer than should be allowed.)Will see how far my enthusiasm goes however as attempting to get up for a middle of the night run, sorry 6.30ish more like 7am run tomorrow!!
