Week 6 Run 1: 5 minutes felt like an hour!!?!

Did the 20 minute week 5 run on Saturday. Then this evening 5,8,5 with walking breaks was a slog! It felt a bit like a step backwards, but then it was to be expected after other blogs I had read. Just one more run to go and then no more walking breaks :)

I had the same feeling but was very glad I had read the blogs beforehand. Run 2 was easier this evening, two lots of 10 mins, so hopefully you'll find the same. Not sure about stepping up to 25 mins on Thursday but we'll see how it goes.

Just done this run too and also searching to check I am not alone in struggling! Still have a red face and I finished running over an hour ago! Good luck with your next one Stubbyp and Suzukilisa :-)

I found W6R1 a huge challenge too. It brought me back down to earth with a bump after the excitement of completing W5R3 reasonably comfortably!
