completed week 7 with no major issues feeling pretty good at the moment, its still tiring and mentally challenging for me, but i feel as if i'm getting somewhere now. i have changed my running route as i was getting a bit bored of the same old scenery. i even saw a deer this morning only a few yards away before it darted off! completely took my mind of running - its nice to have distractions like that (i'm a huge nature/animal lover too so this was fab!) i'm still going slow and steady, not worried much about distance/speed at the moment, i do up the pace for the last 60 seconds though onto week 8 on Tuesday. can't believe this is nearly done. happy running
