Today I did the speed podcast and I didn't have to walk at all this time. It was very enjoyable even! I think I am going to start mixing it up a bit now though and do different runs of different days, ie one long run a week, one interval run and one speed run and see how I get on with that. I am struggle to get past a 20 minute run since I got back from my holiday but I am still running 3 times a week.
