If you told me five weeks ago that I'd, out of choice, go to the gym at nine o'clock in the evening and run for twenty minutes flat I would have told you to get lost.
I was dreading Wk5:3 - I'd read mixed reviews and wasn't sure that I'd manage it. Unbelievably, I did it. I'm still in shock. Thanks to the gym having a take with subtitles I was distracted most of the time.
If you are having doubts like I was; just go for it with an open mind. You will be amazed at how far you have come already.

and it is a massive achievement - and quite rightly you are proud of yourself.
enjoy your remaining weeks and keep blogging - everyone on here is with you on every run and in every week too
I was dreading this run too, and like you was really worried that I wouldn't be able to do it, but managed it this morning at the second attempt (had to stop after 15 mins the first time!). I am amazed that someone like me, who has always hated any type of exercise, is actually enjoying taking part in a running programme, and can now run for 20 mins.
Congratulations and I hope you continue to enjoy C25K.
