Week 1 Run 2 - and I enjoyed it :)

Wow - just done my second run and it was great :) No aches or pains - yet!!! Had a really good run and even though I'm still red-faced didn't feel as out of breath as I did on Monday.

Still doing my 10,000 steps a day challenge and even that's going well - as is the healthy eating plan - so all going well at the mo!!!

Off to have a nice soak in the bath - and already looking forward to Friday and completing week 1 :)

Hi, I just finished my 2nd run too! Breathing better but unlike you my legs did ache and felt like lead on the last run.....still I pushed through and did it ! Good luck on Friday ,I'll be thinking of you and all the other week one runners as we all do our third run.
