Beautiful morning up here in Aberdeen today, bright and sunny hardly a cloud in the sky, definately a morning for a run.
Up through my usual forest stomping grounds, had to stop and losen off a lace otherwise never had to stop again until I got back to the church. I had extended my run and did 5.75K not fast but at least my distance is back on track.
Now I just need to find the gear stick for my mojo to see if I can speed up some, at the moment I'm a lot slower than I was last summer.
That sounds a lovely run in lovely weather. We haven't been able to say that very often this Spring but hopefully the weather has taken a turn for the better. Oh dear, I've just looked at our forecast for tomorrow - howling gales and all-day rain. I'm glad I went out this morning! Best wishes, Oldgirl.
