W4R1 - Loved it!

Was nervous about stepping up the run time, but managed no prob. In fact felt great and possibly less tired than last week - think I listened to Laura and went really slowly. Left earlier than usual and had wonderful Thames river views crossing Millenium and Waterloo bridges on my new course - have to keep extending it! Cant wait to do St Pauls, over Tower Birdge and back home!

Well done!! Your route sounds amazing, almost like a mini marathon :-)

I've just got in from w4 r1 and I'm delighted! 5 whole minutes of running, twice... Yesss!!! *tries to calm down for a minute*

I agree, the key seems to be to keep reminding yourself to slow right down and take it steady.

But honestly, I could hug Laura right now!

Roll on w4 r2... :-)
