My legs don't hurt!

We did W2R1 last night, and managed to get some hills, different terrain and a few longer runs in, and my legs don't hurt at all today! I was dreading waking up and finding my thighs tight, but they were fine!

We were planning to do 6 x 90 sec runs on W2R1, 7 x 90 sec runs on W2R2 and 8 x 90 sec runs on W2R3, but we exceeded our goals by a country mile.

Our treat? Chocolate milkshake instead of a glass of red; and today I shall look at some running magazines!! Oooo, errrr, I've become a runner! Do I need to go to runners anonymous and confess?
