I did start doing this, and then slacked off big-time. I also started doing the knee exercises at one point. Both are probably really helpful for avoiding injury tbh, but don't quite deliver the same hit as jogging so I imagine loads of people don't do them. They same steady pace and gentle voice over as the running ones, so no excuses really!

I really enjoyed the Strength and Flex podcasts as an adjunct to C25k, specially when I had a horrible cold and didn't feel up to running. It certainly helped my fitness too.
