After a two weeks absence I went for a run and managed to run without any problems.
I feel confident and I am determined to stick to the programme because I want to go further and be able to run for an hour and more
I had to stop for a sec as a dog just stopped in front of me and sniffed me lol. I'm not scared of dogs so it didn't affect me . I carried on like normal.
