Week 5 run 3! Woo hoo!

We did it! I'm so proud of us and it wasn't as bad as I thought! It started earlier today. After both my husband and I had had hardly any sleep, we then also both had separate stressful work news. Nothing awful but something stressful. We both found ourselves thinking I can't wait till the run! WTF? Me? Wanting to run? Wow! Then I got home to find my shiny new flip belt all waiting for me ! So when hubbie got home we got changed into new better shoes I popped my keys and iphone into the belt, and off we went.

The run itself was ok. We went nice and slow and just plodded through it. It wasn't easy, but it was fine. And the rush when Laura told us it had finished! My flipbelt was ace. No juggling , rubbing or bouncing (well , not of my keys and phone, my belly still bounces). Looking forward to week 6 on Wednesday (followed by Eddie izzard on Thursday!)

Running can be a great stress reliever (as can retail therapy)! Sounds like you had a nice time running with hubbie & new kit, happy running Ally x
