Had my Achilles debridement done on 14 March, also had a fair bit of bone shaved away. Now walking unaided, dying to get back to running but not allowed to until September. Am really missing it and by the time I restart it will have been a year so I will be doing C25K from scratch but I'm really not that concerned. I've never run with no pain so this will be a novelty! Was meant to do Edinburgh Moonwalk this year, but that is also on hold until 2014. Onwards and upwards!
