W3R1 completed in Sunday sunshine!

I was worrying about running an entire THREE minutes on this workout, but as per Laura's advice I managed it. The sun shone on the River Thames and the ducks bobbed about on the water at Richmond lock. It was blissful and even on the final 3 minute leg I was agog at how this program is working. Slow and steady is the key and I do just that - never going faster than a gentle jog.

I'm off to Cyprus tomorrow and I'm bringing my trainers with me. I'm gonna jog along by the sea when the sun cools down and I can't wait.

Great work! Enjoy Cyprus - maybe early morning will be cooler than in the evenings? Sounds lovely anyway! :)
