Well done for getting almost half way through - if you're not doing it already might find you need to start stretching after your runs.

Look up online - calf /heel dips and hamstring stretches - they should help and I now do them after every single run.

keep going - it's an amazing programme

Thanks for that, will check that out :-)

I have the same problem. I am trying to eat bananas as someone said it would help. Also another person said that if you have flat feet you can have more problems with calves and I have flat feet. People have told me to stretch afterwards and that it does get easier.

I don't know about you but I find near the end of the podcast it is getting easier and the calves feel more warm and relaxed so i might try a longer walk to warm up before I start the podcast.

Last piece of advice I received was as we do more jogging and less chop change between jog and walk it will get better so I am holding on to that!

I'll keep you updated on how I get on and I hope your calves start feeling better
