I was introduced to C25K by my girlfriend after a period of inactivity (I ran a half marathon in October last year on an injured hamstring due to bad training) and enjoyed Week 1, after a 3 day break I started Week 2 with high hopes...
They were met! I had a few struggles but otherwise found the run to be enjoyable and am looking forward carrying on with Week 2 and eventually getting up to Week 9! I found the tips to be a good distraction whilst running, although I had a little trouble counting and breathing at the same time!
