My cold is still (mainly with just a few coughs) above my neck so according to previous posts it was ok to run. Put it off all day as felt really tired, finally dragged myself to the park to find it still packed with families, dogs, football players ... and loads of rubbish to dodge. Kept my head down (& mouth shut to avoid the flys) and was ecstatic when I'd completed all the runs yippee.
