W1 R2. Heavy legged but got out there :-)

Today the mind was willing, but not the body. I was heavy legged and just not really wanting exercise, but I just couldn't let myself down....... Once the music and the voice over began, I was off......... And actually enjoyed myself :-)

Way to go dude. Hauling yourself out there when you don't want to is a massive achievement in itself. Keep going.

It's a major achievement getting yourself out of the door when you don't feel like it. That's all you need to get yourself through the programme! :)

Oh I love that feeling of satisfaction when you have completed a run, just remember that feeling when the sofa is trying to hold you back, happy running.

Thanks for your supportive messages - that in itself is enough to push on......... and to listen to the music :-)

GOOD ON YOU getting out there and doing it! I know where you are at, I didn't want to go out either this morning. Wished I had gone out early because I see so much wildlife on the way. I'm beginning to feel I must not let all the encouraging people down so I have to get out!

Indeed, you must not let the encouraging people down! :D

I love seeing wildlife too - I don't think I've ever spent so much time outside! :)
