Haven't had time to blog about yesterdays run, so here goes. I was a lil' apprehensive, but once I'd started out, it was easier than I thought! On the second 5 minute run, I had the most humongous stitch, but I remembered what Laura had said about stitches in Week 4. I just concentrated on breathing deeply, and in what seemed like no time at all, that run was over and my stitch was gone.

It took me a while to get over my school days 'if you have a stitch you just stop running' mantra and actually try and run through them - but it does seem to work. Still not fun though - good job for managing to run through it!
