Well, I just finished my first run since November. I started in November originally but due to illness and other things, I stopped after repeating Week 1 a few times. I'm now able to run again so thought I'd get out there and give it another go. Very happy that I managed to finish today and didn't feel too bad so looking forward to my next run on Wednesday
