Hello all! I just started week 3 run 1 last Monday and felt fantastic that I could run for three whole minutes! Twice! Then a foot problem meant I was housebound for a few days and haven't been on the treadmill for my Couch 2 5k programme! I am really looking forward to hitting the gym again after my foot is completely injury free and now that the weather is getting better I am really looking forward to getting some outdoor running experience!
