Week 5 Run 3 - Take Two!

Yippee- after my mp3 player let me down on Thursday I was more determined than ever to get the big 20 min hurdle over with. Managed to get through it (just!) but Laura is right that it's definitely a mental battle. Not sure how slow you can go before it is really running on the spot, but was overtaken by another jogger who to me looked like she was going really slowly!

Bring on Week 6 - you don't frighten me now!! ;)
