Well that's another one scored off the list and just one more to go. I managed another 35 min run and increased my distance ever so slightly. Like most people here I can remember thinking that the first non stop run was going to kill me but it really is a lot more of mind over matter your body will keep on running you just need to trust in the programme. Roll on Sunday and my final run and then I will be proudly displaying my badge and planning what lies ahead for me and running. To all of those newbies out there just keep going and follow the programme, you too will be here sooner than you think. Keep happy and keep running.
One more run to go: Well that's another one... - Couch to 5K
One more run to go
Excellent result, Maisie and great advice for the newbies. Just think that was you (and me... and oh so many others) only a few weeks ago... now you're about to graduate in style! This programme really works.
Looking forward to reading your graduation blog.
Go for it, Maisie - you're doing really well! I hope you have a really enjoyable graduation run - I'll be looking out for your grad blog
Just like you Maisemugwump just about to go for my last run. So glad it's a bit warmer than when I started running in February. I have also found a new route that takes me from my home around some lakes so I'm lucky to get some fresh air. I can't believe that a year ago I was five stone heavier, recovering from an operation and not able to even run for a bus. Looking forward to it! Off I go!
