Have I really been doing this for 4 weeks?? It seems like only yesterday that I was struggling to run for 1 minute! This week I'm tackling 3 lots of 5 minutes and more!
But oddly I don't feel that it is any harder than the 1-minute runs used to be, so I guess that means I'm getting a bit fitter.
My poor left knee was definitely feeling it afterwards, so I need to keep an eye on that. The last thing I need is an injury now.

Well done on your new fitness - you're doing great!!
And you're right - tough as it is, you really do have to listen to your body. If your knee tells you to take it easy, do! There are plenty of people on here who've learned that the hard way!!
Well done! We are at the same stage. Good luck with the rest of week 5 but rest if you need to because of your knee. I've taken two breaks and have been able to carry on where I left off both times. Look after yourself. There's no hurry.
Take it easy on the rest days and you should be fine. Well done on getting this far. I think week 5 is the one were most people really get to see the progress they're making.
