hi I’m new on here I suffer from mental health problems and ptsd and me and now copd I am on meds for copd but I can’t go for a spirtey test due to m mental health issues as it is out off my comfort zone any help out there

Simple spirometry just has you blowing into a tube without having to sit in a "body box", so that shouldn't cause any issues.
