Oxygen Stats

Does anybody know what oxygen stats are usually when have moderate COPD. Have looked it up and varied different answers on different websites so just wanted to find out real life answers from you good people here and what would be the norm for some of you. Have bought an oximeter and want to keep check, thanks

Anything above 88% is ok but obviously the higher the better. Mine is usually around 94 to 96%. The main thing is to not obsess about it.

That's good then so you can relax a bit now. Just carry on as if your fit, eat healthily and exercise.

when i'm just sitting around with my Ox generator set at 2 and half i read 96 to 98, if i have to walk a half a block or better i need a setting of 4 and half with readings in upper 80 to early 90's

My level pretty much stays in the upper 90's.

That sounds good, mine are usually at 95 - 96 which I feel is a bit low.

My stats are 92 to 94 resting and when I am exercising they can go down to 88. If lower than 88 I use oxygen and continue my workout.
