My friend just told me last week about her Dr. telling her to take Magnesium for the cramps and it has really helped her. I am going to buy some and give it a try. I am on Oxygen therapy also at night and sometimes during the day. I sure hopes it helps because I get cramps pretty much anywhere on my body. I also have been diagnosed with Fibromaylgia. Hoping maybe it will help with that too. My system will not tolerate any form of pain medication so not only do I have trouble breathing but I have cramps and am in pain constantly. Wish me luck!

I don't see how it could possibly work. Glad it does for you but the scented part would choke me out....

I've been on Oxygen since 2008. I get Leg Cramps but also Spasms in other body parts as well... I take Fluid medication for CHF so I also take a Potassium Daily... But It still doesn't stop. I ask the Doctors repeatedly but get no answers.... My Niece Also on Oxygen therapy gets them but says she was getting long before she was diagnosed with Alpha 1 in fact it was one way they diagnosed her Multiple Sclerosis Which runs in this family My Sister He son and another sister's daughter... But because of my health issues besides Alpha 1 / COPD Doctors don't really want to perform any tests to find actual causes for anything anymore....Sad when no one care to know what is actually wrong but only want to treat symptoms..... Another Observation I find when I get to chocking every muscle in my body tense... I try not to but can't stop it..

You could be low in magnesium.

I do sometimes and they are really painful. Most of the time I have to stand up and put press on my leg and it goes away. Have a blessed day.

Massaging arch of foothills too! With magnesium oil helps more!

My doctor recently told me to take a good form of Sea Kelp for the muscle cramps, I could also drink seltzer water with quinine in it and to make sure that my potassium level is high enough.
